From the Heart - Valentine's Day concert fundraiser for Food Banks Canada

24 Canadian jazz vocalists perform from home for this live concert curated by Karin Plato (Joy of Jazz Concerts) co-hosted by Zarina Mulla via ZOOM

Vancouver, BC, February 1st 2021 - Valentine's Day Sunday February 14 at 4 PM PST Joy of Jazz Concerts presents 24 Canadian jazz vocalists and 6 instrumentalists performing live from their homes in support of Canada Food Banks. Acclaimed jazz artists, rising stars, award winners and award nominees from BC, The Yukon, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec perform together on the virtual stage. Admission is by donation to Food Banks Canada with suggested minimum $20.00. The concert will be performed via ZOOM and co-hosted by Vancouver's Karin Plato (Joy of Jazz Concerts) and Zarina Mulla Time Zones: 4 PM PST, 5 PM PT, 7 PM EST

Angela will be performing with Miles Black on keyboard and Buff Allen on brushes. Delicious food and amazing cocktails in a historic setting overlooking the steam clock. The Dine-Out menu is available upstairs, only $34 for a three-course menu, or choose from the fresh contemporary Italian fare on the full menu. Excellent wine list and cocktails to sip. $12 minimum cover (with option to add a musician gratuity) The tables are distanced with plexiglass dividers. The stage is also divided from the room by plexiglass. Coastal Health has visited recently and many safety procedures are in place, including keeping the music volume soft.
